Quality policy

The company ALPA LOGISTICS A.E. considers as a primary factor for the consistent and uninterrupted satisfaction of its customers' requirements and the cultivation of trusting relationships with them, the management of all the processes that make up its operation in accordance with the principles and requirements of the international standard ISO 9001:2015. For this reason, ALPA LOGISTICS has undertaken the design, development and installation of an integrated Quality Management System in accordance with ISO 9001:2015, which it is committed to apply consistently and with the aim of providing services of stable and known quality as well as continuous improvement both of the System itself and of its operational processes and services. In order for ALPA LOGISTICS to demonstrate consistency in terms of the requirements of its above commitment, it ensures that, through the adoption of appropriate methodologies, it listens to the needs and expectations of its customers, monitors modern technological developments in the sectors related to its field of activity and to be informed about the current legislative and regulatory provisions governing its subject matter. ALPA LOGISTICS operates in the following fields:

  • Storage
  • Distribution
  • Logistics

in a manner consistent with the recognized processes of the Quality Management System in order to meet all the established criteria and specifications, as they derive from the requirements of customers, legislation and the company itself and, in addition, to satisfy the objective objectives for quality which have been set at both the process and service levels. The objective goals around which there is a continuous and systematic effort in the company include:

  • improving customer satisfaction
  • consistent delivery of goods during distributions
  • increasing productivity
  • reducing customer complaints

For the monitoring of the Objective Quality Objectives, Quality Indicators are defined which are monitored under the responsibility of the Quality Management Manager and are presented to the company's Management, in the context of the S.D.P. Reviews. The course of the indicators illustrates the degree of realization of the objectives and it is possible to lead to modifications of the Quality System. Its management ALPA LOGISTICS undertakes to provide all the required resources for the implementation and effective operation of the Quality System. The three pillars of this Quality Policy, namely:

  • the observance of the Quality Management System,
  • customer satisfaction and
  • continuous improvement

it is the duty and contribution of all staff at ALPA LOGISTICS A.E.
